Our Response to Covid-19

It’s 1 March and there is definitely a spring feeling in the air at Major Son & Phipps. With reports of a possible extension to the current stamp duty reduction and the arrival of spring, we are looking ahead to better times.

In the meantime however, we continue to restrict the number of people in the office, which since the announcement of the third lockdown in January, has meant that we have no more than two members of the team working in-branch at any one time. The office is also currently by appointment only and anyone entering it must follow our strict Covid-19 protocols.

Viewings however can still take place in properties, with both the agent and prospective tenant or buyer wearing masks, adhering to social distancing measures and removing shoes or wearing shoe coverings.
